Your SMS opt-in consent and mobile phone number will never be sold, shared, or transferred to any third party for marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. This information is used exclusively for SBDC SC membership communications.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only with trusted service providers (Stripe, Netlify, ImprovMX, SuiteDash) who are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it to provide services to us. We retain your personal information for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period thereafter. SMS consent records are retained for a minimum of four years as required by TCPA regulations.

These Terms govern your membership in and use of the services provided by Small Business Dinner Club LLC. By submitting a membership application or activating a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Membership is open to professionals aged 18 and older who reside in or conduct business in South Carolina or North Carolina. SBDC SC reserves the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion.
Submitting an application does not guarantee membership. Every application is personally reviewed. You will be notified within 48 hours. No payment is collected at the application stage.
Membership is billed at $49.00 per month, recurring automatically beginning on the date your membership is activated. Payment is processed through Stripe.
Your membership fee covers access and curation only. Each member pays their own meal, beverages, and gratuity at each dinner.
You may cancel at any time by emailing info@smallbusinessdinnerclubsc.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.
To cancel, email info@smallbusinessdinnerclubsc.com with subject line "Membership Cancellation." We will confirm within 48 hours.
Membership fees are generally non-refundable. Billing errors or charges after confirmed cancellation will be promptly refunded upon request within 30 days of the charge.
Members are expected to RSVP honestly and attend confirmed dinners. If you must cancel after confirming, notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows without notice may result in membership review or termination.
Members must conduct themselves professionally at all times. The following may result in immediate membership termination without refund: harassment or discrimination, aggressive solicitation, sharing confidential member information, disruptive behavior, or misrepresentation of professional credentials.
By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to SMS communications on our application form, you agree to receive recurring text messages from SBDC SC related to your membership, dinner invitations, and event notifications. SBDC SC is not responsible for the outcome of any business relationships formed between members. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed membership fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sumter County, South Carolina.
