1. About Small Business Dinner Club LLC

Small Business Dinner Club LLC is a membership-based professional networking organization headquartered in South Carolina. We operate curated networking dinner events across five South Carolina markets: Florence, Sumter, Orangeburg, Columbia, and Horry County.

2. Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to professionals who are 18 years of age or older and reside in or conduct business in South Carolina. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion.

3. Membership Fees & Billing

Membership is billed at $49.00 per month, recurring automatically on the date your membership is activated. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

What Your Membership Includes

• Two curated networking dinners per month in your primary city
• Cross-city access to attend dinners in any SBDC SC market
• Personally reviewed dinner table matching
• Access to the monthly newsletter At the Table
• Priority access as new cities launch

Meal Costs

Your membership fee covers access and curation only. Each member pays their own meal, beverages, and gratuity at each dinner. No hidden fees.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing info@smallbusinessdinnerclubsc.com with the subject line "Membership Cancellation." Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused days. Billing errors or charges after confirmed cancellation will be refunded promptly upon request within 30 days.

5. RSVP & Attendance

Members are expected to RSVP and attend confirmed dinners. If you must cancel after confirming, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows without notice may result in membership review.

6. Member Conduct

Members must conduct themselves professionally at all times. Harassment, discrimination, aggressive solicitation, disruptive behavior, or misrepresentation of professional credentials may result in immediate membership termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and member portal — including logos, text, graphics, and designs — is the property of Small Business Dinner Club LLC and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Small Business Dinner Club LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or attendance at events. Our total liability shall not exceed membership fees paid in the three months preceding any claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Carolina.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

1. SMS Program Description & Message Types

Small Business Dinner Club LLC operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with members. By opting in, you may receive the following types of messages:

• Transactional alerts: Membership confirmations, RSVP confirmations, billing notifications, and account updates
• Promotional messages: Upcoming networking dinner invitations, new market announcements, and member benefit updates
• Event reminders: Dinner date and time reminders sent 24–48 hours before each scheduled event
• Dinner location reveals: Restaurant name and address delivered prior to each dinner
• Community updates: Occasional announcements about new cities, partnerships, or member spotlights

2. How to Opt In & Opt Out

Opt In

You may opt in by selecting "Yes" on the SMS consent field of our membership application at smallbusinessdinnerclubsc.com. By opting in, you confirm you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided and are at least 18 years old.

Opt Out — Text STOP to Stop

You may withdraw consent and opt out at any time by texting STOP to any message from us. You will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, text START.

You may also opt out by emailing info@smallbusinessdinnerclubsc.com with your name and mobile number. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your membership.

3. Support

For help with the SMS program, text HELP to any message or contact us at info@smallbusinessdinnerclubsc.com. We respond to support requests within 2 business days.

4. Message & Data Rate Disclosures

Message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages you send and receive. These charges are billed by your mobile carrier as part of your mobile plan. Small Business Dinner Club LLC does not charge additional fees for SMS messages. Contact your wireless provider for your specific plan's rates.

5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile carriers — including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others — are not responsible for message delivery. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network conditions. Small Business Dinner Club LLC is not responsible for charges incurred from your carrier related to this SMS program.

6. Age Restriction (18+)

This SMS program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you represent you meet this requirement. If we become aware that a person under 18 has opted in, we will promptly remove them from the program.
